Hi it’s me, Pierre, and this is my first blog. I hope this goes well.

I got into trouble this morning. Early this morning my parents were sleeping I was hungry and my mom wouldn’t get up to feed me even though I asked many, many times. She kept saying “be quiet Pierre it’s 4:30 in the morning” and this made me mad because cats don’t understand time and I was pretty sure I was starving to death. When I’m hungry I’m hungry and isn’t it my mom’s job to wake up and feed me?? Apparently not. Because when I got angry and bit her on the hand I got in big trouble. She made me go spend hours and hours in the bathroom (well ok it was only an hour but it seemed like forever) by myself! She called it a Time Out.

Sometimes it’s hard to be a cat. But I guess if I was honest I should have just gone and eaten my dry cat food that is always available and waited for them to wake up and feed me my warm cat food. There are cats living on the street who don’t have any cat food or a nice warm place to sleep with people who love and take care of them. Maybe I was being a spoiled brat? I’ll do better next time!
