Hello everyone. It’s me again. Pierre.
I hope you’re all staying safe at home and not being Covidiots!
This has been a very strange few weeks. Everyone at my house is very worried about this virus going around and my mom now stays home to work. I’m doing my very best to help her work by keeping her keyboard warm and by offering my skills as a giant paper weight so her important papers don’t go blowing away.
My dad is still working. I don’t like this and I wish he could stay home but he works as a courier and they’re pretty essential right now. Someone has to deliver food and important documents to the people who are staying home.
I do my best to keep everyone’s spirits up. I’ve tried to keep my meowing to a minimum and I’ve spent a lot of time being cute and cuddly to cheer them up. I hope the rest of you cats and dogs and kids are doing the same.
I don’t know what’s going to happen with all of this and I hope it’s over soon. I’ve heard a terrible thing – some people think their pets carry the Covid 19 virus and they’re dropping them off at animal shelters. Please, please don’t do this. Your pets do not carry the virus and they need to be with their families too at this difficult time. Pets can feel when their owners are sad and nervous and we feel sad and nervous with them. Let’s all be kind to each other and stick together.
And stop hoarding all the toilet paper! Seriously – what’s wrong with you – use kitty litter like I do hahahaha
Take care everyone and remember – the sooner we all cooperate and self isolate – the sooner this will be over.
Pierre
Hey Pierre! That is great advice about the toilet paper! Silly humans!
I hope you keep your Mum close by, I think she feels safe and happy when you’re near.
Thank you Debbie – I think so too! I always look after her – its my job.
