Hi everyone! It’s me again – Pierre

I’m feeling better now but I’m still not 100%. I’ve been sleeping a lot and still not really playing with my toys yet but every day gets a little better.

Today I want to talk about chairs.

My mom has this big comfy leather chair that she always sits in. I think this should be my chair but she doesn’t agree. Every time I see her start to get out of the chair I sneak in behind her so I can have it all to myself. But then when she comes back she tells me to move or she’s going to sit on me. I ask you – is that fair???? I mean – I know I have my very own bed to sleep in and my tall scratching post to sit on top of and I can sit on the couch with my dad any time I want to but don’t you think I should also get to sit on the brown chair anytime I want? What a mean mom I have! Then she says – well Pierre you don’t let me sit on your scratching post with you. As if!! That scratching post is mine – not for sharing!

And then the other day she got mad at me because she was working on her computer and I decided I wasn’t getting enough attention so I walked across the key board and accidentally turned the computer off. She was so mad but really, you can’t expect me to not have attention exactly when I want it can you?

Maybe we’re having a little too much quarantine togetherness time! Honestly though – I’m going to miss her when she goes back to work. I’ve gotten to like my mid morning cuddle time but don’t you dare tell her that.
