Hi everyone, It’s me again, Pierre.

I’m sorry my blog entry is late this week but my mom was very sick with the flu and it was my job to take care of her. I take this very seriously and I didn’t leave her side for three whole days. She’s doing much better now thanks to my TLC.

While I was sleeping on the bed, looking after my mom, I started thinking about the weather and how it makes me feel. It rains a lot here in Vancouver where I live. In the winter it rains almost every day. Rain makes me feel cold and I just want to snuggle under the blankets on my parent’s bed. They have an electric blanket which they turn on for me sometimes and it’s so warm and nice.

But then I was noticing the days are getting longer and spring is coming. This makes me very happy. I love Spring and Summer. I live in an apartment in a very tall building and it has a balcony. In the summer they put my scratching post/perch out on the balcony and I can sleep in the warn sun all day if I want. That’s my favorite.

Spring is only a month away. I can’t wait!!
