Hi everyone. Happy Halloween!
I say Happy Halloween but really I don’t like it much. I’m very afraid of ghosties and I don’t like the loud banging noises outside. I’ve heard that if you live in a house strange people come right to your door and threaten you with nasty tricks if you don’t give them candy. I’m very happy I live in a security apartment building and these people can’t come to my door. And did I tell you sometimes they are dressed as ghosties…. how would I know if they were just pretending to be ghosts?? They might be real ghosties coming to steal my candies!
But this year was different. We still have loud banging noises outside but my mum held me very close and we looked outside together and I saw all the pretty lights in the sky. And mom and dad put on a scary movie and we all sat on the couch in the dark and watched. It wasn’t too scary so I liked it.
And this year I got a really special surprise. My dad went to pick up my medicine for my teeth and my nice vet sent me home a trick or treat bag full of candies …. well cat treats actually… and a very fun ball. I lost the ball under the couch the first time I played with it hahahaha. My mom was only letting me have a few of my candies a day but I fooled her and I stole the little bag and ripped it open and ate them all…. but this turned out to be a bad idea as I threw them all back up all over the floor. OOPS
I guess Spooky Halloween was kind of fun after all.

Pierre, you are such a lucky kitty. Taz and Rufus didn’t get any special treats at all and they were not allowed to go outside because of the ghosties.
You are supposed to throw up on the rug or on your peoples bed. It makes them jump around and get all excited. Exercise is good for them.
Aww Pierre it’s a tough lesson you can’t eat all your Halloween treats or you will have upset tunmy!
